    I don’t believe any console is an “investment” over time — the market value of an investment overall increases over a period of time, and a console is not such a thing.

    I can think of two ways Sony can justify the high prices of PS3:

    1. lower the prices of PS3

    2. offers more game titles

    Telling us how blu-ray has bigger storage capacity or plays hi-def video, or how Cell is so powerful that no one will ever need to use its 100-percent power is NOT the right way to justify the prices of PS3.
