I will not rent or watch TV shows/ movies over Xbox Live. It is just another gimmick by Microsoft to take our cash. Also, if game demos take a long time to download, think about how long full movies would take! I’d rather just rent a mvoie from a store and burn it to keep it forever!

Also, think about how much memory an average DVD has on it. About 4.2GB, The 360 harddrive doesn’t even have the full 20GB on it, so you would only be able to download 3-4 movies or Tv shows at a time..and you can’t even keep them forever.

I don’t see myself paying to own TV shows on Xbox Live for a few bucks per episode. I have a Tivo and that is plenty for me to watch as it is. If there are movies that release day and date with home releases I would consider downloading a flick. It’s convenient and viewing in HD would be dope.

Depending on the content that is available, I think I would do both. I’m thinking it may not replace a tivo or your local hollywood video but I’m looking forward to seeing what they put out there.
